Swanwick Marina on the Hamble

If you are travelling by train, you will need to take the train to Portsmouth Harbour Station. From the train station, turn left and walk down the pontoon ahead of you leading to the Gosport Ferry. The ferry runs frequently from 6am to midnight and the crossing takes approximately 5 minutes. Upon disembarking the ferry, walk up the pontoon to the main road and turn right, walk past The Castle Tavern, on your right hand side, and the entrance to Gosport Marina is on your right hand side. Gosport Marina is only five minutes walk from the ferry. Royal Clarence Marina is 15 minutes walk from the ferry.

Swanwick Marina is ¼ mile from Bursledon railway station.

Leave the M27 at Junction 11, follow the signs for Gosport on the A32 for 8 miles.

The entrance to Royal Clarence Marina is well sign-posted on the A32.

The entrance to Gosport Marina is on the left just before the Castle Tavern. At the security barrier press the button to receive a ticket.

For Swanwick Marina leave the M27 at Junction 8, follow the signs for the marina on the A27 for 1 mile.
